We do not accept returns.

If an item arrives damaged, email photos of the damaged item to dzementaite@gmail.com, and we will assist you. Keep all damaged packaging, as the courier may need it for assessment.

Print Orders (UK & International): Dispatched within 2-5 business days.

Paintings: Dispatch time will be specified in the product description or during the commission process, typically within 14 days.
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched so you can track your parcel via the courier’s website.
Estimated Delivery Times

UK Orders: 2-5 business days post-dispatch.

International Orders: Estimated delivery within 7 working days post-dispatch; but please allow up to 28 days, especially during the holiday season.
Please note: We are currently not shipping to EU countries due to new GPSR regulations.
